State Licensed Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

Providing legal counsel in a remote, full-time capacity, the State Licensed Associate General Counsel will advise on clinical research regulations, manage clinical trial agreements, and ensure compliance with health care laws and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to clinical research entities and ensure compliance with regulations from health authorities
• Manage the negotiation and drafting of clinical trial and collaboration agreements
• Review grants for legal issues and work with stakeholders to clarify obligations under grants

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in health care legal representation, particularly in clinical research
• Licensed to practice law in any state in the United States
• Experience in drafting and reviewing clinical research legal documents
• Specialized knowledge of local, state, and federal laws related to clinical research
