State Licensed Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

Supporting the Digital Pharmacies and Payer Relations Team, the full-time State Licensed Associate General Counsel will provide strategic legal counsel, advise on pharmacy operations, and lead negotiations for complex commercial agreements, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on pharmacy product, operations, and regulatory requirements
• Lead the negotiation, drafting, and interpretation of complex commercial agreements
• Provide strategic legal counsel to business leadership regarding commercial and operational initiatives

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree
• Current, active licensure within state of residence
• 8+ years of experience as a licensed attorney in a law firm and/or in-house corporate setting
• Significant contract negotiation experience
• Familiarity with healthcare and pharmacy law, including the Federal False Claims Act and Federal Anti-Kickback Statute
