Job Summary
Providing associate level support for legal counsel activities, the full-time State Licensed Associate General Counsel will draft and review corporate governance documents, manage intercompany agreements, and support corporate governance matters remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise corporate governance documents and intercompany agreements
- Assist with regulatory audits and coordinate related document responses
- Provide oversight and guidance to the corporate paralegal team while supporting process improvements
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active, unrestricted bar membership
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department focused on corporate matters
- Experience with corporate governance and drafting governance documents
- Experience supporting regulatory audits or compliance-related reviews
- Experience providing guidance to corporate paralegals or legal support professionals
