State Licensed Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

Providing associate level support for legal counsel activities, the full-time State Licensed Associate General Counsel will draft and review corporate governance documents, manage intercompany agreements, and support corporate governance matters remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise corporate governance documents and intercompany agreements
• Assist with regulatory audits and coordinate related document responses
• Provide oversight and guidance to the corporate paralegal team while supporting process improvements

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active, unrestricted bar membership
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department focused on corporate matters
• Experience with corporate governance and drafting governance documents
• Experience supporting regulatory audits or compliance-related reviews
• Experience providing guidance to corporate paralegals or legal support professionals
