Job Summary
To support complex client relationships, the remote State Licensed Associate General Counsel will negotiate, draft, and advise on client contracts related to pharmacy benefit management services while collaborating with various business partners.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate and draft complex client contracts, including PBM agreements and related healthcare services agreements
- Provide legal counsel on contractual, operational, regulatory, and business risks while developing practical legal solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support proposal development, implementation activities, and ongoing client relationship management
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 5+ years of legal experience in complex commercial contracting within healthcare or related industries
- Experience in negotiating and drafting sophisticated commercial agreements
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple legal matters and client relationships
