Job Summary
Owning commercial and federal contracting responsibilities, the full-time remote State Licensed Associate General Counsel will manage contract lifecycle processes, provide legal support on corporate matters, and assist the General Counsel with strategic legal priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle for commercial and federal agreements, including negotiation and compliance
- Collaborate with various departments to efficiently structure and close deals
- Advise on data privacy, employment law, and corporate compliance matters while supporting the General Counsel
Required Qualifications
- JD from an accredited U.S. law school; member in good standing with a state bar
- 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house roles
- Strong background in commercial technology contracting, including SaaS and licensing agreements
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Superior negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
