Job Summary

Providing timely and accurate legal counsel, the remote State Licensed Associate Legal Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements while supporting sales and operations teams in addressing legal issues related to commercial transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including product and services agreements
• Provide legal advice on intellectual property, data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams to interpret contracts and address legal concerns associated with transactions

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in one or more states
• 5+ years of legal experience focused on commercial transactions
• Strong understanding of intellectual property and data protection laws
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
