Job Summary
State Licensed Associate Litigation Counsel is a full-time position responsible for managing litigation matters, overseeing intellectual property issues, and partnering with business leaders to identify legal risks and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of litigation, arbitration, and pre-litigation disputes
- Oversee intellectual property matters and partner with business teams on legal risk identification
- Lead internal investigations and counsel stakeholders on legal risk mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 5+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house corporate legal environments
- Experience handling complex commercial litigation and developing litigation strategies
- Intellectual property experience is a plus
