Job Summary

State Licensed Associate Litigation Counsel is a full-time position responsible for managing litigation matters, overseeing intellectual property issues, and partnering with business leaders to identify legal risks and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of litigation, arbitration, and pre-litigation disputes
  • Oversee intellectual property matters and partner with business teams on legal risk identification
  • Lead internal investigations and counsel stakeholders on legal risk mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • 5+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house corporate legal environments
  • Experience handling complex commercial litigation and developing litigation strategies
  • Intellectual property experience is a plus
