Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager of Virtual Care Management (VCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical delivery of virtual care management services, including staff management and scheduling
• Evaluate nursing care quality and ensure compliance with practice standards
• Collaborate with various teams to promote services and ensure customer success

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted compact state RN license
• 5+ years of nursing experience, with remote care management experience preferred
• 1-3 years of direct management experience
• Experience supervising or managing a large team in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
