Job Summary

Leading the maternal and pediatric health programs, the full-time remote State Licensed Associate Medical Director will provide clinical and operational leadership, oversee care management, and ensure quality standards while collaborating across teams to enhance population health strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical and program oversight for maternity, newborn, NICU, and pediatric clinicians
  • Manage clinician performance, including productivity and clinical quality, while conducting reviews and offering coaching
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform population health initiatives and improve care models for maternal and pediatric populations
Required Qualifications:
  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with board certification in family medicine, med-peds, or a related specialty
  • Minimum of 5 years post-residency clinical experience caring for prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric patients
  • Active medical license in good standing in state of residence, with willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
  • Experience leading clinicians in a performance-driven environment using quality and operational metrics
  • Knowledge of population health principles and the factors influencing outcomes in complex populations
