State Licensed Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager to support the planning and execution of clinical trial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with project startup and execution, maintaining project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate study meetings, take minutes, and inform the Project Manager of agenda updates
• Prepare and update study documentation while maintaining data systems and ensuring departmental compliance

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in a life science field
• 2+ years of experience in neurodiagnostics or clinical research
• Intermediary Microsoft Office skills and an active neurodiagnostic credential (e.g., R.EEGT., R.PSGT.)
• Knowledge of the International Council for Harmonisation's Good Clinical Practice (ICH GCP) is preferred
