Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney to provide legal representation in administrative law judge hearings and review pre-adjudicated cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Participates in ALJ hearings as a representative in collaboration with medical professionals and CMS contractors
• Reviews ALJ decisions and orders from OMHA as required
• Analyzes ALJ decisions for quality improvement and provides training to decision makers

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the state bar
• Three (3) years of legal experience
• Experience with Medicare claims and participation in Administrative or Judicial proceedings is preferred
• Resided in the United States for a minimum of three (3) years out of the last five (5) years
