A company is looking for a State Attorney I.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze legislative and regulatory changes, case law, and best practice developments affecting public safety
• Draft and revise policy content to ensure legal accuracy and clarity
• Manage projects effectively while adapting to shifting priorities and timelines

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and current state bar membership
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal research, analysis, and writing
• At least 2 years of experience as a practicing attorney in a government agency or law firm related to public safety
• Experience in developing and reviewing policies and procedures for public safety professionals
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders
