Job Summary
Supporting a federal government agency, the full-time State Licensed Attorney will conduct legal research, review case files, and prepare documentation while working fully remotely on a government contract.
Key responsibilities
- Review case files and conduct fact-finding reviews
- Conduct research for legal opinions and summarize claims and evidence
- Develop statistics and prepare visual aids to support case litigation
Required qualifications
- JD required and barred in good standing in a US State or Territory
- Minimum of 2 years of legal experience
- Experience with decision writing
- Familiarity with document review software such as Relativity or EverLaw
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
