Job Summary
To enhance market share, the full-time Regional Audiologist will collaborate with Account Managers and Inside Sales, providing outbound support and virtual training on product fitting and selection while managing customer relationships across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outbound telephone support to new and existing accounts, targeting 15 calls per day
- Conduct virtual trainings with a goal of 2 sessions per day to support customer confidence in Oticon products
- Document all customer interactions and maintain contact information in the CRM system
Required qualifications
- M.A. or AuD Audiologist preferred, with experience in the hearing health care field
- Proven ability to problem-solve independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to maintain continuing education requirements based on state regulations
