Job Summary
State Licensed Audiology Vice President, responsible for leading clinical excellence and innovation in a full-time role, overseeing teleaudiology operations, professional development, and sales training to ensure high-quality patient care and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain nationwide clinical standards and protocols for hearing healthcare operations
- Oversee the teleaudiology department and ensure operational excellence in remote care delivery
- Lead provider professional development initiatives and sales training to align patient care with business objectives
Required Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) or Ph.D. in a related field
- Current audiology licensure in good standing
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in hearing healthcare or related fields
- Experience in developing clinical standards and operational workflows
- Strong understanding of teleaudiology and healthcare technology integration
