Job Summary

State Licensed Audiology Vice President, responsible for leading clinical excellence and innovation in a full-time role, overseeing teleaudiology operations, professional development, and sales training to ensure high-quality patient care and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain nationwide clinical standards and protocols for hearing healthcare operations
• Oversee the teleaudiology department and ensure operational excellence in remote care delivery
• Lead provider professional development initiatives and sales training to align patient care with business objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) or Ph.D. in a related field
• Current audiology licensure in good standing
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in hearing healthcare or related fields
• Experience in developing clinical standards and operational workflows
• Strong understanding of teleaudiology and healthcare technology integration
