Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Total Loss Auto Physical Damage Claim Rep (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze auto claims to determine coverage, loss extent, and liability
• Negotiate settlements and manage claims documentation while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Explore salvage and subrogation opportunities and recognize fraudulent claims activity

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of Commercial and Personal Auto policy language and endorsements
• Adjuster licenses in states requiring them (to be obtained within 3 months of hire)
• Exceptional customer service and damage evaluation skills
• College degree preferred
• 1-5 years of Commercial and/or Personal Lines Auto experience preferred
