Job Summary

Guiding customers through the complexities of total loss claims, the full-time remote CLX Car Advocate will investigate cases, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with regulations while providing empathetic support throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and manage total loss auto claims from start to finish, ensuring fair and timely settlements
• Guide customers through the claims process, including lienholder coordination and salvage requirements, with clear communication
• Document all claim activities thoroughly and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex claims

Required qualifications

• Prior auto claims handling experience with a focus on total loss cases
• Solid understanding of claims regulations, valuation methods, and settlement practices
• Hands-on experience with claims management tools and cloud-based applications
• Active adjuster's license in good standing or willingness to obtain one within the first 3 months
• College degree
