Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Representative, Auto | PIP | Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate auto claims involving injured parties and manage first party medical treatment
• Research policy contracts, interpret policy language, and assess medical treatment and bills
• Document claim activity accurately and negotiate resolution of claims within authority

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• State adjuster licenses are required
• Three years of experience in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) or related fields
• Nursing experience is a plus
• Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with Bodily Injury (BI)/Casualty adjusting
