State Licensed Auto Claims Representative

Job Summary

To analyze and process low to mid-level auto commercial trucking and transportation claims, the full-time State Licensed Auto Claims Representative will manage claims processing, maintain client relations, and ensure compliance with state requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process auto property damage and lower level injury claims, ensuring proper documentation and coding
• Develop action plans to meet state-required deadlines and facilitate prompt claim resolutions
• Communicate claim actions with insured parties, clients, and agents while identifying subrogation opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Three years of experience in personal line or commercial line property claims management
• State adjusting licenses as required for the position
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements
• Experience with property estimating software is a plus
