State Licensed Auto Claims Representative

Job Summary

Analyzing and processing low to mid-level auto and transportation claims, the full-time State Licensed Auto Claims Representative will handle property damage and injury claims, develop action plans for timely resolutions, and maintain professional client relations while working remotely or onsite in various locations.

Key responsibilities

• Process auto property damage and lower-level injury claims, ensuring proper documentation and coding
• Develop and maintain action plans to meet state-required deadlines and facilitate prompt claim resolutions
• Identify subrogation opportunities and communicate claim actions with insured parties, clients, and agents

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Secure and maintain the State adjusting licenses as required for the position
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements
• Ability to review and assess property damage estimates and negotiate claims effectively
• Knowledge of total loss processing, state salvage forms, and title requirements preferred
