State Licensed Auto Liability Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Auto Liability Litigation Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage auto liability litigated claims across the U.S., formulating investigation plans, evaluating coverage, and driving litigation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate action-driven and timely investigation plans, securing and documenting all relevant information
• Evaluate coverage towers and pursue tenders of defense and indemnity while driving strategy with defense counsel
• Identify opportunities for recovery and ensure adherence to defined Service Level Agreements for excellent claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• JD and/or SCLA preferred; all qualified candidates will be considered
• Prior Liability Litigation experience handling moderate to high complexity Bodily Injury exposures
• Individual Independent State Adjuster licenses required, with the ability to obtain necessary licensing within 30 days of hire
• 3+ years of experience specializing in adjusting auto liability claims
• Sound analytical reasoning with the ability to make autonomous decisions
