State Licensed Auto Liability Specialist

Job Summary

To provide efficient claims services for a prestigious self-insured client, the full-time remote Auto Liability Litigation Specialist will manage auto liability litigated claims, formulate investigation plans, and drive strategies with defense counsel.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate action-driven investigation plans and evaluate coverage towers
• Drive strategy with defense counsel and initiate disposition strategies for claims
• Identify recovery opportunities and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements

Required qualifications

• JD and/or SCLA preferred, but all qualified candidates will be considered
• 3+ years of experience in adjusting auto liability claims of moderate to high complexity
• Individual Independent State Adjuster licenses required, especially in the resident state
• Prior Liability Litigation experience handling Bodily Injury exposures
• Ability to work in a high production environment utilizing technology solutions
