Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Finance & Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee GAAP, SEC, FINRA, and Statutory (SAP) financial reporting across business segments
• Ensure accurate accounting across key areas including investments, insurance products, and equity
• Maintain SOX-compliant internal controls over financial reporting and general ledger processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Statutory (SAP) accounting in the insurance industry
• Experience with financial systems and reporting tools
• Proven leadership, project management, and business partnering skills
