Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional AVP Supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Vice President and regional supervisory teams with escalations and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
Lead strategic projects to create efficiencies and improve risk mitigation capabilities
Monitor workload and staffing to ensure adherence to service level agreements and strategize on process improvements

Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
A minimum of 7+ years of experience in supervision, compliance, and/or regulatory matters
Series 7, 9 and 10 (or Series 24); Series 66 (or S63 and S65)
Prior leadership/team management experience is preferred
