Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst to support client benefit strategies through data analysis and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and manage reports, contribution modeling, and RFP deliverables
• Support benchmark reporting and collaborate with client teams for timely execution of deliverables
• Assist with compliance-related support and partner with implementation teams on vendor transitions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant professional experience
• Prior internship or professional experience demonstrating analytical ability and client service exposure
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Foundational understanding of employee benefits design and funding preferred
• Willingness to obtain a State Life & Health license within 90 days of hire
