Job Summary

Providing comprehensive financial planning services, the full-time State Licensed Benefits Planner will optimize benefits for highly compensated executives, develop tailored financial plans, and manage client relationships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with highly compensated participants
  • Consult with executives to optimize their workplace benefits and provide support to Executive Planners
  • Develop and present customized financial plans that align with individual needs and goals
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) certification required
  • FINRA Series 7, NASAA Series 63 and 65 registrations required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
