Job Summary
Providing comprehensive financial planning services, the full-time State Licensed Benefits Planner will optimize benefits for highly compensated executives, develop tailored financial plans, and manage client relationships in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with highly compensated participants
- Consult with executives to optimize their workplace benefits and provide support to Executive Planners
- Develop and present customized financial plans that align with individual needs and goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) certification required
- FINRA Series 7, NASAA Series 63 and 65 registrations required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
- Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
