Job Summary
Partnering with Executive Planners, the full-time remote State Licensed Benefits Planner will deliver workplace benefits optimization and comprehensive financial planning services to highly compensated participants, focusing on building trusted relationships and providing personalized financial guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide workplace benefits optimization reviews and personalized financial planning guidance to executive participants
- Identify financial planning opportunities and deepen participant relationships by introducing appropriate wealth management solutions
- Develop and present customized financial plans addressing retirement, investment strategies, tax planning, and risk management needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
- Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation required
- Active FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 licenses (or Series 66) required
- Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, including retirement and estate planning
