Job Summary

A company is looking for an In-House Biotech IP Attorney (Contract and Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute patent applications in the biologics and gene therapy fields
• Manage patent portfolios, including claim construction and freedom to operate analyses
• Oversee outside counsel and participate in various IP transactions, including acquisitions and licensing deals

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution in the biologics and gene therapy areas
• Experience with IP transactions, including acquisitions and licensing
• Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. state bar and admitted to practice before the USPTO
• Strong academic credentials
