Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute investigation plans, securing and documenting relevant information
• Review claims to determine coverage, liability, and injury extent, while conducting thorough investigations
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and other parties, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies

Required Qualifications

• Individual Independent State Adjuster licenses required, preferably in the resident state
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in adjusting auto liability claims of varying complexity
• Experience managing bodily injury losses from low to high severity
• Ability to work in a high production environment utilizing technology solutions
• Good analytical reasoning skills with the ability to make autonomous decisions
