Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bodily Injury Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a Personal Auto claims team, ensuring quality and timely resolution of bodily injury claims
• Oversee all aspects of claims handling, including reserving, communication, documentation, and negotiation
• Lead, coach, and train a team of 5 to 7 bodily injury adjusters while managing performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in claims management
• Individual Independent State Adjuster licenses required based on states worked
• Expert knowledge in First and Third Party Personal auto claims handling
• Ability to work in a high production environment utilizing technology solutions
• Comfortable leading teams with high frequency/low to moderate severity claims
