State Licensed Bodily Injury Manager

Job Summary

Managing the Commercial Lines Auto Bodily Injury team, the full-time remote State Licensed Bodily Injury Manager will oversee the quality and timely resolution of complex bodily injury claims while leading a team of adjusters and collaborating with technology partners to enhance claims services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a team of 5 to 7 adjusters, ensuring high-quality claim outcomes and compliance with best practices
• Oversee all aspects of assigned claims including reserving, communication, litigation management, and settlement negotiations
• Monitor performance metrics and identify trends to improve processes and enhance service delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or SCLA preferred
• 7+ years of leadership experience in a high complexity/severity claims environment
• 5+ years of experience in Complex Liability Litigation involving high severity bodily injury claims
• Individual Independent State Adjuster licenses required based on states of operation
• Expertise in handling First and Third Party Personal & Commercial auto claims
