Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior/Executive Director, Brand Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice related to Marketing and Market Access, including brand strategy and promotional materials
• Advise Medical Affairs on strategy and scientific exchange
• Foster a culture of compliance through policy development and training initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and MA Bar admission (or eligibility for in-house counsel admission)
• 8+ years of legal experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector
• Deep understanding of healthcare laws, particularly the Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims Act
• Experience in advising on advertising and promotion principles
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
