Job Summary

A company is looking for a Broker Service Representative I for Group Benefits, working remotely in the EST time zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from coworkers and customers regarding insurance benefits, eligibility, and claims
• Analyze and research issues to provide solutions and document outcomes for tracking purposes
• Maintain positive customer relations and serve as a liaison between customers and service providers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma; advanced education or degree preferred
• Prior insurance service experience is desired
• Ability to understand and use computer systems and office equipment
• Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday
• May require an active state Life and Health Insurance License, depending on the state
