State Licensed Business Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance financial advisors' practices, the full-time State Licensed Business Consultant will organize and execute business projects, conduct assessments, and provide tailored recommendations while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and execute business projects based on client requirements, including recruiting and promotional campaigns
• Conduct assessments of client situations and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
• Facilitate advisor study groups and regional meetings to promote best practices and enhance advisor capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Administration, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry and consulting
• Familiarity with business management software such as Salesforce, Redtail, or Wealthbox
• Series 7, 63, 65, and/or 66 licenses
• Strong knowledge of investments, financial operations, and business practices
