Job Summary
To enhance financial advisors' practices, the full-time State Licensed Business Consultant will organize and execute business projects, conduct assessments, and provide tailored recommendations while collaborating with clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Organize and execute business projects based on client requirements, including recruiting and promotional campaigns
- Conduct assessments of client situations and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Facilitate advisor study groups and regional meetings to promote best practices and enhance advisor capabilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Administration, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry and consulting
- Familiarity with business management software such as Salesforce, Redtail, or Wealthbox
- Series 7, 63, 65, and/or 66 licenses
- Strong knowledge of investments, financial operations, and business practices
