State Licensed Cardiologist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time, remote-based Cardiologist to support in-home care delivery for patients with cardiovascular disease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver care for patients with cardiovascular disease
• Conduct clinical case reviews and develop recommendations for treatment plan optimization
• Provide consultative guidance and ongoing clinical oversight to care teams

Required Qualifications:

• MD or DO with active board certification in Cardiovascular Disease
• Active, unrestricted medical license and willingness to apply for multi-state licensure
• Minimum 3 years of clinical cardiology experience, including care of elderly patients
• Prior experience working with interdisciplinary care team members
• Proficiency with EMRs and virtual care platforms
