- Manage inbound and outbound communications for patient care coordination

Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current compact licensure
- Experience in a call center or triage position
- Leadership experience
- 5+ years of recent clinical experience
- Flexibility for overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage
