Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and quality assurance of the Care Advice Line
• Manage inbound and outbound communications for patient care coordination
• Consult with team members to develop and evaluate patient care plans

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current compact licensure
• Experience in a call center or triage position
• Leadership experience
• 5+ years of recent clinical experience
• Flexibility for overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage
