State Licensed Care Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Care Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of care management policies, procedures, and standards while overseeing program implementation and quality outcomes
• Manage hiring, performance reviews, coaching, and retention of staff, while developing supervisors and participating in talent management activities
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues, monitor metrics for compliance, and maintain clinical competency and industry knowledge

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field; master's preferred
• 7 years of healthcare or clinical care experience
• 5 years of leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Current unrestricted RN License, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in a U.S. state or territory
• Certification as a case manager from an URAC-approved list preferred
