Job Summary
A company is looking for a Casualty Claims Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively handle complex claims from FNOL to resolution while advising business partners
- Analyze and draft coverage letters, communicating coverage positions to insureds, brokers, and agents
- Conduct investigations of claims, monitor outside vendors, and draft high-quality reports
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- State Adjusting Licenses as required
- Preferred Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certification
- Preferred Associate in Claims (AIC) certification
- Relevant experience in handling construction defect and bodily injury cases
