Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform concurrent and retrospective chart reviews to enhance clinical documentation completeness
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding trends and Medicare regulations
• Communicate with providers to clarify documentation requirements and recommendations for improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of clinical medicine, pathophysiology, and pharmacology
• Strong grasp of ICD-10 coding, conventions, and guidelines
• Proficiency in a Windows environment, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and electronic medical records
