Job Summary

Experienced in commercial general liability litigation, the full-time State Licensed CGL Claims Adjuster will manage complex claims, conduct thorough investigations, and negotiate resolutions while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze, investigate, and resolve complex commercial claims involving coverage, liability, and damages disputes
  • Work closely with defense counsel and other parties to ensure timely and cost-effective claim resolutions
  • Represent the company at mediations, arbitrations, and trials while maintaining high productivity and customer service standards
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial General Liability Litigation with an insurance carrier
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; industry designation preferred
  • Strong understanding of applicable statutes, regulations, and case law
  • Proficient in MS Office and capable of working in a paperless environment
  • Must possess or obtain and maintain appropriate state adjuster licenses and continuing education credits
