Job Summary

A company is looking for a Per Diem Chart Reviewer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of medical records to support program eligibility determinations
• Apply established clinical criteria and program-specific guidelines to evaluate medical necessity
• Accurately abstract and document relevant clinical findings and escalate cases as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of Oncology nursing experience, with case management experience preferred
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation standards
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related technology tools
• Ability to manage multiple reviews simultaneously and maintain meticulous documentation
