Job Summary
Reporting directly to the CEO, the full-time remote State Licensed Chief Longevity Officer will shape Hone's longevity medicine strategy, oversee clinical protocols, and enhance patient care by translating cutting-edge scientific advancements into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own Hone's longevity medicine strategy, including clinical protocols and therapeutic frameworks
- Champion patient outcomes by establishing clinical quality benchmarks and improving the care model
- Serve as a member of the executive leadership team, contributing to company strategy and culture
Required qualifications
- MD, DO, or equivalent doctoral-level clinical degree; board certification required
- 10+ years of clinical experience in longevity medicine, hormone optimization, or a related specialty
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific concepts into accessible patient care content
- Prior leadership experience in a healthcare company or clinical organization
- Deep familiarity with telehealth regulations and compliance standards
