Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Medical Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team to shape and execute population health strategy
• Lead a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure high-quality clinical support across programs and initiatives
• Guide the integration of clinical priorities into product development and operational execution to improve health outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• MD or DO with current, unrestricted licensure
• Board certification in a medical specialty
• 10+ years of executive-level experience in clinical programs and population health
• Solid understanding of population health program delivery for employers and health plans
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional leaders and drive results in a matrixed environment
