Job Summary
To support a growing AI-native platform for family-led care, the full-time salaried State Licensed Chief Medical Officer will manage external clinical strategy, build a compelling outcomes narrative, and serve as the clinical face of the organization in interactions with payors, health systems, and regulators, while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Advise the CEO and executive team on clinical strategy and external positioning
- Build the Abby Care clinical narrative and translate it into language that resonates with various stakeholders
- Own the evidence strategy by partnering with analytics and clinical operations to publish results through various channels
Required qualifications
- Physician (MD/DO) with active or recent clinical practice and board certification in a relevant specialty
- Established platform and reputation in home-based care, value-based care, or complex population health
- Demonstrated ability to translate clinical outcomes into commercial wins
- Strong external presence with published work and conference speaking experience
- Fluency in how plans measure and value clinical performance
