State Licensed Civil Engineering Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Substation Civil / Structural Engineering Supervisor to provide technical support and direction for their Substation Design Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of team personnel to deliver projects on time and on budget
• Provide technical leadership for engineering design and construction functions within assigned projects
• Manage client onboarding, contract negotiations, and develop customer proposals for projects

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license
• Experience with structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and foundation design
• Proficiency with relevant codes and standards and experience in Electric Utilities or related industries
• Working knowledge of STAAD or RISA analytical software or equivalent
