A company is looking for an Assistant Vice President of Executive and Professional Liability Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze coverage and settle complex claims within specialty areas
• Handle the full life cycle of assigned claims from intake to resolution
• Conduct investigations and develop settlement strategies independently

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in claims handling within Professional Liability (A&E)
• Licensed and/or certified in applicable states or able to acquire necessary licenses
• Familiarity with industry standards and practices
• Proficient with claims management and business software
