Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster responsible for adjudicating claims and ensuring compliance while delivering excellent service to pet parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Adjudicating claims and meeting or exceeding daily claim targets
• Providing guidance and final approval authority to non-licensed claims processors
• Identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions

Required Qualifications and Education

• Licensed Claim Adjuster or ability to obtain a license within six months
• Property and Casualty License
• 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Veterinary knowledge or experience evaluating medical records is a plus
