Key Responsibilities
- Adjudicating claims and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures
- Meeting or exceeding daily claim targets
- Providing guidance and final approval authority to non-licensed claims processors
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Claim Adjuster or ability to obtain a license within six months
- Property and Casualty License
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Veterinary knowledge or experience evaluating medical records is a plus
