Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Claims Advocacy - Management and Financial Lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead claims advocacy strategy and execution for complex management and professional liability claims
- Oversee the claims lifecycle from notice through resolution, ensuring alignment with client objectives
- Act as the primary liaison with insurers and external counsel to resolve complex coverage and settlement issues
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; four-year degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in claims, legal, or insurance, focusing on Management & Financial Lines
- Property and Casualty License required; professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, or RPLU preferred
- Juris Doctor (JD) or advanced legal/claims designation preferred
- Experience in a national brokerage or complex claims advocacy environment preferred
