Job Summary

A company is looking for a CLX Property Advocate, Contents.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate and build rapport with customers while providing service throughout the claims process
• Evaluate and investigate claims for timely settlement, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Organize and prioritize tasks to resolve claim-related inquiries and explain coverage decisions clearly

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in property claim handling, including complex Contents and Loss-of-Use claims
• Experience with large national property-direct repair vendors and adjusting firms
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and new technology
• Experience using estimating software, such as Xactanalysis or Xactware products, is preferred
• College degree and maintain an adjuster's license in good standing
